Our application integrates with Facebook and Instagram through Meta's Graph API. When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we access the following data:
We use this data solely to publish social media posts that you create and approve within our platform. We do not sell, share, or disclose your Facebook or Instagram data to any third parties.
Access tokens are stored securely and are used only for the purposes you have authorized. You may disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account at any time from within your account settings, which will remove your stored access tokens and associated data from our system.
To request deletion of all data we have received from Facebook about you, please contact us at admin@heliosdev.shop. You may also submit a request directly through Facebook, and we will process it promptly.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Helios bills in three ways: flat monthly subscriptions charged in advance, usage-based (per‑diem) charges metered on what you actually use, and pass‑through platform fees that we forward from third parties with minimal overhead. Each product below notes which model applies.

Crusader is billed per email you send — there is no flat monthly fee for the engine itself. You choose how mail goes out:

Publishing to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook is included free with Social Media Manager. X (Twitter) charges a platform fee for programmatic posts, which we pass through to you with minimal overhead to cover hosting and transaction processing:

AI features are metered in Helios Credits. Social Media Manager and Email Lab each include 1,000 Helios Credits per month. Usage beyond your monthly allotment is billed at $0.005 per credit. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, credits, or other charges, including for partial billing periods or unused time. When you cancel, you have access to features until the end of the current billing period and can use up any remaining credits, but you won't be allowed to use AI past your monthly credit allotment while in cancelation status. You will not be charged again.
